About me

Dr. Steve Windels

Since 2010, I have been dealing with sustainability topics. In 2015, I began my PhD on the topic of Intrinsic Sustainability with Prof. Dr. Georg Müller-Christ at the University of Bremen. Since then, I have also been involved with systemic constellations. Currently, I am undergoing training to become a constellation facilitator with Georg Müller-Christ, which qualifies me for certification with infosyon, and I will complete this in 2025.

Over the years, I have built various relationships with different contexts. These include a business administration foundation with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from FH-Jena, professional experience as a sales manager for magnetic measuring instruments, nearly a decade of experience as a fitness trainer and course instructor, an degree in acting, work as a filmmaker, jobs in the service industry and retail, as well as several years in the works council.

I enjoy experiencing complex systems and seeing what we can’t perceive. In systemic constellations, complex structures emerge that remain unnoticed in our „everyday perception mode.“
